The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are confirmed with your booking. Those terms are agreed for that booking and do not change afterwards. Please read them before you confirm, and ask us if anything is unclear.
To cancel or change a booking, write to ciao@totin.co from the email address you booked with.
If you booked through Airbnb, the cancellation policy shown on the Airbnb listing at the time of booking applies, and any cancellation must be made through Airbnb so that their payment and refund process is followed.
Where the calendar allows, we will always try to move a booking rather than cancel it.
We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for every stay.
Tell us where and when. We check the calendar ourselves and reply with availability and a written quote, usually within a day.
