This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Totin Collection operates this website at totin.co and the three homes described on it. You can reach us at ciao@totin.co.
When you make a booking or send us an enquiry, we receive the details you provide: the home, your dates, the size of your party, your name, your email address and your message. We use them to answer you and, if you go on to book, to manage your stay. The legal basis is the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
Bookings made on this site are processed by MotoPress Hotel Booking. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
If you book through Airbnb, Airbnb’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give there.
Booking and enquiry emails are delivered to ciao@totin.co. Records remain in that mailbox and in the booking system according to each provider’s retention policy.
For as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal obligations in Italy and Greece require.
You may request access, corrections or deletion by emailing ciao@totin.co. Residents of the EU and the UK may also complain to their data-protection authority.
Any update to this policy is reflected in the date at the top of this page.
Tell us where and when. We check the calendar ourselves and reply with availability and a written quote, usually within a day.
